Warranty Information

Every roof we build comes with a warranty. Our warranty is not a material warranty – it’s a Workmanship Warranty, which means we are covering the actual labor and workmanship that went into your roof.

We warranty all roofs we build for a period of ten (10) years from the date of completion.

This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace any roof system components found to be defective in workmanship or materials, free of charge.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages or defects caused by:

• Acts of nature, including but not limited to, storms, floods, earthquakes, or other natural disasters.
• Improper maintenance, neglect, or lack of regular care.
• Accidental damage, misuse, or abuse of the roof.
• Modifications or alterations made to the roof by parties other than us.
• Normal wear and tear.
